In this article we are going to take a quick look at the idea of honesty in a relationship, and how little "fibs" all men tell are simply part and parcel of our biological hard wiring. Or at least that’s what I tell MY girl..:-) But it is a pretty proven fact, or at least universally agreed upon notion, that all men keep some stuff secret. Let’s take a look at a quick 3, and see if you are hiding these white lies under the proverbial covers…where I think for the sake of relationships everywhere, they belong!

I wasn’t checking Her Out, I promise!

How many times have we all done this one. "She looked like someone I Knew" – or some other lame brained excuse we hope our girl will believe. Here is the truth, women. We WERE checking her out, she IS hot, and that DOESN’T mean we don’t love YOU! The day we stop checking out the other chicks…even from a FAR distance, is the day you best start to worry about our eyesight, or interest in the world around us. Hopefully that won’t be for another 50 years.

I’d like to talk about our relationship tonight, too Honey.

An open letter to ALL girlfriends and wives. If we NEVER have to emote about our relationship, that would be fantastic for us. I love you, you are great…but let’s spare each other the fine print on what’s right ( or worse…WRONG) about our relationship. Want to have a great conversation about why we’re great together? Let’s do it by talking about how screwed up everyone else’s commitments are..:-) I’d rather talk about my friends…than myself, ANY day and twice on Sunday!

I would NEVER be interested in ANY of your friends….EVEN if we didn’t know each other!

Here is the big one. The truth is, I’d probably be interested in ALL of them. You probably don’t have ONE friend I wouldn’t sleep with, and I wouldn’t mind taking a Brazilian vacation with a few others. That doesn’t mean I’m going to do it, I love YOU, sweetheart…but if we’re being totally honest, you’ve got some pretty sexy sisters too..:-)
