The basic jelq is a simplified version of some more elaborate designed exercise regimens, and it is dummy simple to start. As I’ve elaborated on more fully elsewhere, the most basic jelq is EASY and you can practice it today. Simply make an OK sign with your dominant hand, and while in a semi or fully erect state, simply "milk" the penis from the pelvic bone outward, using a firm but gentle pressure that you FEEL is an exertion. Most men end up doing it WAY too lightly..or alternatively, too strenuously, and will get either NO result, or simply treat themselves too roughly to repeat. So balance is key, finding a middle ground, again…NO different than you would work your arms, or chest in a sensible but purposeful manner!
