Does Really Jelqing Work? The Truth About Natural Male Enhancement Exercise

In this article we are going to tackle yet another male enhancement question that many of you are asking: Does jelqing work….and will it work for me!

You’ve got to admit, if you’ve been researching penis enlargement products for any length (no pun intended..:-) of time, the simple truth is that you’ve come across your fair share of hype, false promises and other over blown claims.

As someone who has written well over 600 articles, blog posts and otherwise on men’s health and male enhancement specifically, I had the very same questions when I began as well.

But the key question we want to address here is will jelqing work for you, right?

My answer is yes, it will…..BUT, with the following caveat. You’ve got to put in the effort. It’s not the magical pill, or gum, or potion, lotion, or cream being sold by unscrupulous promoters who simply want to grow their own bank accounts ( and not your anatomy!)

Jelqing is exercise. It involves technique and a slight learning curve. It should be done daily, and should be part of a long term goal to get great gains and sensational size.

The good news? It does work wonders if you do the above. If you are small now, and insecure with your size ( as are over 80% of men in each and every survey done) you WILL get the sort of super growth you hear so much about.

But don’t expect it to be overnight. It will take a little time, but you should start to see slight increases in just about a week….with the major gains starting to come in small but powerful increments!

Bonus Tip: I recommend this to all of my readers – cross train! Use a diversity of exercises to get the sort of size you are going for. Elevation exercises are better for girth, kegel improves power and control, etc. A good mix of motions is the true key to getting the kind of anatomy that makes women weak…..and your buddies green with envy!
