Is penis enlargement possible?
Can you really add an inch (or more) to your manhood in a short amount of time? And does it require a lot of work to do….or is it simple, easy and effortless like lots of those ads try to convince us of? In this article I am going to share with you the simple steps I used to add a little bit more than an inch to my manhood in just about 28 days, and the paint by numbers blueprint you can copy is you want the same rapid results. Step #1: For me, it was getting a plan together.
That meant throwing out all of the different, conflicting PE advice and programs I had been reading about, and just picking one approach, and sticking with it. I think what really held me back for the first year or so of trying PE wasn’t the WRONG information…..it was simply too much information. Doing a little housecleaning and getting my head clear was really important and I found that it got me hyper focused on one approach.
Step #2: Goal Setting and Daily Discipline
As many of you already know, I settled on enlargement exercises as my program. So the first thing I did was set short and long term goals. I did a 14 day goal (the 2 week milestone), a 30 day goal, a 90 day goal and both 6 and 12 months targets as well. I also started a journal ,and committed to writing in it everyday, for at least 5 minutes. Why? I’ve read a lot about accountability and goal setting, and writing down goals AND following through with a "journal" seems to be the best way to accomplish them according to the experts. So I thought I’d give that a try as well to show I was serious.
Step #3: I Learned the 3 BEST Male Enhancement Exercises Inside and Out
In other words, not only did I "learn" the exercises, I REALLY studied them to make sure I did EVERYTHING right. I wanted to learn the 100% proper techniques. I wanted to learn the right torque to use. The proper traction to apply. The right tension and the best grips. I wanted to have NO excuses when it was over….and the only way I could give it a fair shake (no pun intended..:-) was to make sure I did everything as instructed. (which only took me about 6 hours altogether…..but was probably the best 6 hours I invested all month)

Step #4: I Made Some Simple Dietary Changes
Very simply, I just added more natural foods to my daily diet. The foods that seem to work best for male enhancement are foods high in anthocyanins and phytonutrients, which are supposed to help blood flow to and through the penis. (Don’t worry….I couldn’t even pronounce either of those when I started) Berries, nuts, fish, avocado and foods high in Omega fatty acids (even a moderate amount of olive oil) I substituted into my diet on a daily basis, just to test that part of the promise as well. (note: as a separate consideration from JUST the PE benefits….this change in my diet alone was a tremendous learning experience and had me feeling GREAT after only 4 or 5 days of substituting foods)
Step #5: I applied what I learned in step #3.
I simply followed the PE exercises I learned a few days earlier, and began my 30 day experiment. Each morning I did about 10 minutes worth of exercises beginning at 8 am, only taking off Wedsday’s (due to a weekly 7am work meeting which limited my time) and Sunday’s because I would sleep in. (or occasionally go to church..:-) I started FEELING the results after only 4 or 5 days, and starting SEEING the benefits at about the 12 day mark. By 3 weeks in I was WELL on my way to meeting my 1 inch gain goal…..and by the 28th day, I was officially there.
Epilogue:
I continued to see weekly improvements…long after the 30 days above were done, and so too will you.
Some I would "feel" and the others I’d see shortly thereafter. (you can always tell when changes are happening BEFORE you can actually see them. Or at least that is how it was for me) The key is to have a plan, write it down, and PICK a path to make it happen. I chose exercise….SIMPLY because it’s the only thing I believed would work. (much of the other stuff I tried….and threw away in step 1) Whatever YOU decide to do…just make sure it sounds legitimate. There is a lot of weird stuff out there that isn’t..:-)
